TAKE NOTICE that the Directors of L. & A. Investments Limited (the "Company") have fixed June 15, 2024 as the record date for determining the shareholders entitled to receive notice of a shareholder meeting to be held in 2024. Any person, corporation or firm holding share warrants in the Company are required to contact the Company in writing before such date in order to receive further information regarding the share warrant verification and registration process.
