NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
HUMAN RIGHTS ADJUDICATION PANEL
IN THE MATTER OF: A complaint by Gwen Jaques v. Price Industries Limited, alleging breaches of sections 14 and 19 of The Human Rights Code;
AND IN THE MATTER OF: The Human Rights Code, C.C.S.M., Chapter H175, as amended
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TAKE NOTICE that there will be a hearing of the Respondent’s motion to determine if the settlement offer made by the Respondent is reasonable pursuant to section 34.1(2) of The Human Rights Code, on April 17, 2024 via video conference. The hearing will commence at 10:00 am.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, measures have been implemented for participants to attend the hearing remotely. Members of the public who wish to attend the hearing can contact the Manitoba Human Rights Commission via email at hrc@gov.mb.ca or telephone (204) 945-3007 to request log-in information.

SACHEZ qu’il y aura une audience de la requête du défendeur pour déterminer si l’offre de règlement est raisonnable de l’article 34.1(2) du Code des droits de la personne, le 17 Avril, 2024, via video conference. L’audience commencera à 10h00.
