MISSING ROYALTY OWNER

Missing Royalty Owner
The Oil and Gas Act, C.C.S.M., Chap. 034 (Section 214)

Husky Oil Operations Limited has made an application under Section 214 of The Oil and Gas Act for an order of the Minister of Growth Enterprise and Trade authorizing, on behalf of the royalty owner, for drilling in the following spacing unit:

Legal Subdivision 1, Section 10, Township 15, Range 18 WPM

The mineral rights in Legal Subdivision 1 of Section 10-15-18 WPM, excepts out that portion registered to The Saskatchewan and Western Railway Company. Despite an extensive search, Husky Oil Operations Limited has been unable to ascertain the current royalty owner under that portion taken for Railway Plan 301 NLTO and as a result, Husky Oil Operations Limited has applied to the Minister under Section 214 of The Oil and Gas Act for an order authorizing on behalf of the Royalty Owner.

The Minister may make an order authorizing drilling and production on behalf of the Missing Royalty Owner after publishing this notice of the application provided the Minister is satisfied that the Royalty Owner cannot be ascertained or found.
