Notice of Environment Act Proposal
Manitoba Conservation and Climate has received a proposal pursuant to The Environment Act regarding the following operation and invites public participation in the review process:
CRIPPLE CREEK CAMPGROUND LTD. – EXPANSION OF HOLDING TANK SYSTEM - FILE: 6075.00
An Environment Act Proposal has been filed by Cripple Creek Campground for the construction and operation of an onsite wastewater management system that will serve the Cripple Creek Campground which operates on a seasonal basis at SE 17-8-9 EPM in the Rural Municipality of Reynolds. Wastewater will be disposed of into a holding tank network system with truck hauling of wastewater to licensed or permitted wastewater treatment facilities. The campground has 105 existing sites and the proposed campground will include 95 new campsites.
Anyone likely to be affected by the above operation and who wishes to comment on the proposal should contact Asit Dey, Environmental Engineer, in writing or by email at Asit.Dey@gov.mb.ca, not later than DECEMBER 19, 2020. Avis de dépôt de projet en vertu de la Loi sur l’environnement
Le ministère de la Conservation et du Climat du Manitoba a reçu un projet en vertu de la Loi sur l’environnement relativement à l’activité suivante et invite le public à participer au processus d’examen :
CRIPPLE CREEK CAMPGROUND LTD. – AGRANDISSEMENT DU SYSTÈME DE RÉSERVOIR DE RÉTENTION – DOSSIER N° : 6075.00
Une proposition en vertu de la Loi sur l’environnement a été déposée par Cripple Creek Campground pour la construction et l’opération d’un système de gestion autonome d’eaux résiduaires qui desservira le terrain de camping Cripple Creek, ouvert sur une base saisonnière à SE 17-8-9 EMP dans la municipalité rurale de Reynolds. Les eaux usées seront évacuées dans un système de réseau de réservoirs de rétention avec transport des eaux usées par camion vers des installations de traitement des eaux usées expressément autorisées. Le terrain de camping compte 105 emplacements existants et le terrain de camping proposé comptera 95 nouveaux emplacements de camping individuels.
Toute personne susceptible d’être concernée par l’activité ci-dessus et qui souhaite formuler des commentaires sur la proposition doit communiquer avec Asit Dey, ingénieur en environnement, par écrit ou par courriel à Asit.Dey@gov.mb.ca@gov.mb.ca, au plus tard le 19 DÉCEMBRE 2020. Les renseignements fournis en réponse à ce projet sont considérés comme des renseignements publics et, à ce titre, seront communiqués aux auteurs de la proposition et inscrits dans les dossiers du registre public établi en vertu de l’article 17 de la Loi sur l’environnement.
