Notice of Dangerous Goods Handling and Transportation Act Application
Manitoba Conservation and Climate has received a Notice of Alteration application pursuant to The Dangerous Goods Handling and Transportation Act regarding the following operation and invites public participation in the review process:
GFL LIQUID FLIN FLON WASTE TRANSFER FACILITY – FILE: 4381.00
A Notice of Alteration application to the Dangerous Goods Handling and Transportation Act Licence 86 HW has been filed by GFL Environmental Inc. for the operation of a hazardous waste transfer facility known as GFL Liquid Flin Flon Waste Transfer Facility located at 100 Industrial Road, Highway 10 (Lot 9, Block 2, Plan 275353), Flin Flon, Manitoba. The material will be transported to a licensed facility for further processing, reuse or disposal. All material is transported from this facility and no hazardous waste is disposed of at this location.
Anyone likely to be affected by the above operation and who wishes to comment on the application should contact the department in writing or by email to Edwin Yazon, Environmental Engineer, at Edwin.Yazon@gov.mb.ca, not later than FEBRUARY 20, 2021. Avis de demande en vertu de la Loi sur la manutention et le transport des marchandises dangereuses
Le ministère de la Conservation et du Climat du Manitoba a reçu un avis de demande de modification conformément à la Loi sur la manutention et le transport des marchandises dangereuses relativement à l’exploitation suivante et invite le public à participer au processus d’examen.
INSTALLATION DE TRANSFERT DE DÉCHETS LIQUIDES DE GFL DE FLIN FLON – DOSSIER : 4381.00
Un avis de demande de modification de la licence 86 HW délivrée en vertu de la Loi sur la manutention et le transport des marchandises dangereuses a été déposé par GFL Environmental Inc. concernant l’exploitation d’une installation de transfert de déchets dangereux, appelée installation de transfert de déchets liquides de GFL de Flin Flon. Cette installation se trouve à l’adresse suivante : 100, chemin Industrial, route 10 (lot 9, bloc 2, plan 275353), Flin Flon, Manitoba. Les déchets seront transportés vers une installation faisant l’objet d’une licence en vue de leur transformation ultérieure, réutilisation ou élimination. Tous les déchets sont transportés ailleurs. Aucun déchet dangereux ne sera éliminé sur les lieux.
Toute personne susceptible d’être touchée par l’exploitation susmentionnée et qui désire formuler des commentaires concernant cette demande est invitée à communiquer avec le ministère par écrit ou par courriel, en s’adressant à Edwin Yazon, ingénieur en environnement, à Edwin.Yazon@gov.mb.ca, au plus tard le 20 FÉVRIER 2021.
