Notice of Environment Act Proposal

Manitoba Conservation and Climate has received a proposal pursuant to The Environment Act regarding the following operation and invites public participation in the review process:

MANITOBA INFRASTRUCTURE – PTH 100 and PR 200 (St. Mary's Road) Interchange – FILE: 6101.00

An Environment Act Proposal has been filed by Manitoba Infrastructure for the construction of an interchange and re-alignment of St. Mary’s Road at the intersection of PTH 100 (South Perimeter Highway) and PR 200 (St. Mary’s Road) in the City of Winnipeg.

Anyone likely to be affected by the above operation and who wishes to comment on the proposal should contact Elise Dagdick, Environment Officer, in writing or by email at Elise.Dagdick@gov.mb.ca, not later than May 14, 2021. Le ministère de la Conservation et du Climat du Manitoba a reçu un projet en vertu de la Loi sur l’environnement relativement à l’activité suivante et invite le public à participer au processus d’examen :

INFRASTRUCTURE MANITOBA – Échangeur de la RPGC n° 100 et de la RPS n° 200 (chemin St. Mary’s) – DOSSIER N° : 6101.00

Un projet en vertu de la Loi sur l’environnement a été déposé par
Infrastructure Manitoba pour la construction d’un échangeur et la modification du tracé à l’intersection de la RPGC n° 100 (route périphérique sud) et de la RPS n° 200 (chemin St. Mary’s) dans la Ville de Winnipeg.

Toute personne susceptible d’être touchée par l’activité susmentionnée qui désire formuler des commentaires sur le projet est invitée à communiquer avec Elise Dagdick, agente de l’environnement, par écrit ou par courriel à elise.dagdick@gov.mb.ca, au plus tard le 14 mai 2021. Notice of Environment Act Proposal

Manitoba Conservation and Climate has received a proposal pursuant to The Environment Act regarding the following operation and invites public participation in the review process:

RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF REYNOLDS – WASTEWATER TREATMENT LAGOON – FILE: 6100.00

An Environment Act Proposal has been filed on behalf of the Rural Municipality of Reynolds for the construction and operation of a wastewater treatment lagoon in SE 6-9-12 E, approximately 5 km northwest of Hadashville. The facility would consist of two primary and two secondary cells, all constructed with a high density polyethylene liner. All incoming wastewater would be hauled by truck, and treated effluent would be discharged between June 15 and October 31 of each year to a drain flowing to Hazel Creek, which is a tributary of the Brokenhead River. Construction of the facility is planned for the summer/fall of 2021.

Avis de dépôt de projet en vertu de la Loi sur l’environnement

Le ministère de la Conservation et du Climat du Manitoba a reçu un projet en vertu de la Loi sur l’environnement relativement à l’activité suivante et invite le public à participer au processus d’examen :

MUNICIPALITÉ RURALE DE REYNOLDS – ÉTANG D’ÉPURATION DE L’EAU USÉE – DOSSIER N° : 6100.00

Un projet en vertu de la Loi sur l’environnement a été déposé au nom de la municipalité rurale de Reynolds pour la construction et l’exploitation d’un étang d’épuration de l’eau usée au S.E. 6-9-12 E., à environ 5 km au nord-ouest d’Hadashville. L’installation serait composée de deux cellules primaires et de deux cellules secondaires, toutes construites avec une doublure en polyéthylène à haute intensité. Toutes les eaux usées d’arrivée seraient transportées par camion, et l’effluent traité serait vidé chaque année entre le 15 juin et le 31 octobre dans un drain s’écoulant dans le ruisseau Hazel, affluent de la rivière Brokenhead. Il est prévu que la construction de l’installation ait lieu au cours de l’été et de l’automne 2021.
