Manitoba Environment, Climate and Parks has received a proposal pursuant to The Environment Act regarding the following operation and invites public participation in the review process:

KEYSTONE CONCRETE LTD. – CONCRETE BATCH PLANT – FILE: 6142.00

Keystone Concrete Ltd. filed an Environment Act Proposal for continued operation of a concrete batch plant. It is located at of SE ¼ 7‐12‐11WPM, Lot 1, Plan 64519 in the Rural Municipality of North Norfolk. The concrete batch plant, on average, produces 60 m³ of ready-mix concrete per hour, supplied to the surrounding communities. The proposed concrete plant is equipped with emission control devices to capture potential dust from the silos.

Environment, Climate and Parks has received a proposal pursuant to The Environment Act regarding the following operation and invites public participation in the review process:

MUNICIPALITY OF RITCHOT – ILE DES CHENES WASTEWATER TREATMENT LAGOON – FILE: 190.50

The Municipality of Ritchot proposes to expand and reconfigure the Ile des Chenes wastewater treatment lagoon and land apply biosolids from the lagoon. The lagoon is located on portions of NE 29-8-4 EPM and SE 32-8-4 EPM. The proposed expansion will include converting the existing cell in NE 29-8-4 EPM into a primary cell and decommissioning the two existing lagoon cells located in NE and SE 32-8-4 EPM. Treated wastewater will be discharged to existing municipal ditches that flow into the Seine River Diversion that flows into the Red River.

Avis de dépôt de projet en vertu de la Loi sur l’environnement

Le ministère de l’Environnement, du Climat et des Parcs du Manitoba a reçu un projet en vertu de la Loi sur l’environnement relativement à l’opération suivante et invite le public à participer au processus d’examen :

MUNICIPALITÉ DE RITCHOT – ÉTANG D’ÉPURATION DE L’EAU USÉE D’ÎLE-DES-CHÊNES – DOSSIER : 190.50

La municipalité de Ritchot propose d’agrandir et de reconfigurer l’étang d’épuration de l’eau usée situé à Île-des-Chênes et de procéder à l’épandage de biosolides provenant de l’étang. L’étang occupe des portions des quadrants NE 29-8-4 et SE 32-8-4 EMP. L’agrandissement proposé prévoit la conversion de la cellule de stockage existante de la portion du quadrant NE 29-8-4 EMP en cellule de stockage principale et de désaffecter les deux cellules de lagunage situées dans les quadrants NE et SE 32 8 4 EMP. L’eau usée traitée sera déversée dans les deux fossés municipaux existants qui s’écoulent dans le canal de dérivation de la rivière Seine, lequel se jette dans la rivière Rouge.

Price Industries Ltd. operating as SolutionAir, filed an Environment Act Proposal to run a metal fabrication at 404 Egesz Street in Winnipeg. The facility manufactures various air-handling units such as rooftop, air make-up, energy recovery, and precision indoor air control units. The manufacturing uses various operations such as laser cutting, welding, bending, installing electrical wires, and insulation.
