Notice of Environment Act Proposal

Manitoba Sustainable Development has received a proposal pursuant to The Environment Act regarding the following operation and invites public participation in the review process:

A&I Products Canada Inc.- ALTONA MANUFACTURING FACILITY - FILE:5984.00

An Environment Act Proposal has been filed by A&I Products Canada Inc. for its Altona manufacturing facility for the continued operation of a metal combine parts fabrication facility at 432 Railway Street South (Lot 13 and 22 of Plan 509 MLTO (W Div) in SE 14 05-02-01 WPM) in Altona, Manitoba. The facility manufactures and supply various after-market parts used in many makes and models of combine equipment. The manufacturing process uses cutting, bending, punching, welding, assembly, and painting.

Manitoba Sustainable Development has received a proposal pursuant to The Environment Act regarding the following operation and invites public participation in the review process:

DRYTECH CONCRETE & ROADWAY LTD. - Dry tech Concrete Batch Plant - FILE: 6008.00

An Environment Act Proposal has been filed by Drytech Concrete & Roadway Ltd. for the installation and operation of a concrete batch plant at Lot 0 Block 2 Plan 48015 NE 01-05-03 W in the Rural Municipality of Stanley, Manitoba. Drytech Concrete & Roadway Ltd. will operate Goldridge Industries 450 TPH concrete batch plant to produce concrete and serve customers in Morden/ Winkler and surrounding areas.

HEMP OIL CANADA INC

Notice of Environment Act Proposal

Manitoba Sustainable Development has received a proposal pursuant to The Environment Act regarding the following operation and invites public participation in the review process:

HEMP OIL CANADA INC. - FOOD PROCESSING PLANT - FILE: 5860.10

A proposal has been filed on behalf of Hemp Oil Canada Inc. for the expansion of a continued food processing plant operation to install a pasteurization process to treat hemp seed and increase the operational capacity at 100 Prairie Road West (Legal Description Lot 5, Block 2 of Plan 39087), in St Agathe, Manitoba. The facility pasteurizes and processes hemp seed to manufacture hemp food products.

MANITOBA INFRASTRUCTURE

Notice of Environment Act Proposal

Manitoba Sustainable Development has received an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) pursuant to The Environment Act from the following operation and invites public participation in the review process:

MANITOBA INFRASTRUCTURE - PROJECT 6 - ALL-SEASON ROAD LINKING MANTO SIPI CREE NATION, BUNIBONIBEE CREE NATION AND GOD'S LAKE FIRST NATION FILE: 5897.00

Manitoba Infrastructure has filed an EIS for Project 6, an all-season road linking Manto Sipi Cree Nation, Bunibonibee Cree Nation, and God's Lake First Nation. The project involves construction ofa new 138 km all-season road on provincial Crown land and includes two major water crossing over God's River and Magill Creek.
