TAKE NOTICE that a hearing of this complaint alleging a breach of section 14 of The Human Rights Code with respect to discrimination in employment based on disability, will take place on August 3, 2023 at Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP, located on the 17th floor of 242 Hargrave Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The hearing will commence at 9:30 a.m.
