RM OF ARMSTRONG

UNDER THE MUNICIPAL ACT

Under subsection 208(2) of The Municipal Act, notice is hereby given that the Lieutenant Governor in Council has, by Order in Council No. 76/2024, dated April 24, 2024, appointed an Administrator in the RM of Armstrong pursuant to section 103 of the Act.

EN VERTU DE LA LOI SUR LES MUNICIPALITÉS

Sous le régime du paragraphe 208(2) de la Loi sur les municipalités, avis est par les présentes donné que le lieutenant-gouverneur en conseil a, par le décret no 76/2024 daté du 24 avril 2024, nommé un administrateur dans la municipalité rurale d’Armstrong conformément à l’article 103 de la Loi.
