DISSOLUTION ORDER UNDER SUBSECTION 26(1)

Subject: The Rivers Agricultural Society

Subsection 26(1) of The Agricultural Societies Act, C.C.S.M. c. A30 states as follows:

Dissolution of society by minister's order 26(1) The minister may, by order, dissolve a society on the day stated in the order, if

(a) the superintendent advises the minister that the society is inactive or has contravened a provision of this Act or regulations made under this Act and has not corrected the contravention; or

(b) the minister considers that it is necessary to dissolve the society for another reason.

Having been advised by the Superintendent of Agricultural Societies that The Rivers Agricultural Society is inactive, I order that it is dissolved on the dissolution date set out below.

ARRETE DE DISSOLUTION PRIS EN VERTU DU PARAGRAPHE 26(1)

Objet: Rivers Agricultural Society

Le paragraphe 26(1) de la Loi sur les societes agricoles, c. A30 de la C.P.L.M., dispose ce qui suit:

Dissolution 26(1) Le ministre peut, par arrete, dissoudre une societe a la date fixee dans l'arrete dans les cas suivants :

a) l'inspecteur general l'avise que la societe est inactive ou a contrevenu a Ia presente loi ou a un de ses reglements d'application et n'a pas mis fin a la contravention;

b) ii estime qu'il est necessaire de le faire pour toute autre raison.

Ayant ete informe par l'inspecteur general des societes agricoles que la Rivers Agricultural Society est inactive, j'ordonne qu'elle soit dissoute a la date de dissolution indiquee ci-dessous.
