Notice of Environment Act Proposal

Manitoba Environment and Climate Change invites public comment on the following proposal:

FRANTZ INN ONSITE WASTEWATER SYSTEM – TROPICANA INVESTMENTS LTD. – FILE: 6224.00

Tropicana Investments Ltd. is proposing to construct an onsite wastewater management system to service customer and staff for Frantz Inn Hotel, Restaurant & Bar at NW 30-06-07 EPM in the Rural Municipality of La Broquerie. The total estimated peak hydraulic loading from all sources would be 19,093 L/day.

Tropicana Investments Ltd. propose de construire une installation septique pour desservir les clients et le personnel de l’hôtel, du restaurant et du bar Frantz Inn situé dans la portion nord-ouest de la section 30-06-07 E.M.P. dans la municipalité rurale de La Broquerie. La charge hydraulique totale de pointe estimée de toutes les sources serait de 19 093 L/jour.
