Take notice that the directors of The Manitoba Museum Foundation Incorporation, by resolutions adopted April 5, 2024 proposed that the said Corporation surrender its charitable registration and liquidate and dissolve voluntarily under the provisions of The Corporations Act.

And further take notice that if you have any claim against the said Corporation, proof of such claim must be filed with the undersigned at 1700-242 Hargrave Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3C 0V1, by March 31, 2026, after which time the property of the above Corporation will be distributed to the Manitoba Museum, having regard to the claims of which the Corporation then has notice.
