NORTHERN BRIDGE COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the members of NORTHERN BRIDGE COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP (the “Corporation”) passed a special resolution requiring the said Corporation to be liquidated and dissolved voluntarily under the provisions of the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (the “Act”), and a Certificate of Intent to Dissolve was issued to the Corporation pursuant to that Act under date of July 29, 2025.
