Notice of Environment Act Proposal

Manitoba Environment and Climate Change invites public comment on the following proposal:

FARMER'S BUSINESS NETWORK, CANADA INC. – BULK MATERIAL HANDLING FACILITY – FILE: 6268.00

Farmer’s Business Network Canada Inc. (FBNC) proposes to complete the construction and start the operation of a bulk material handling facility at Lot 1 Plan 56392 BLTO in E½ 12-10-19 WPM in the City of Brandon. The facility will include an agrichemical warehouse and office space for storing crop protection and nutrition products, commercial feed, and livestock products. The warehouse has a maximum capacity of 393,715 litres for liquid products and 46.08 kilograms of granular materials. FBNC is leasing the property from the landowner, Whiteland Services Inc. Construction began in late 2024.

Le ministère de l’Environnement et du Changement climatique du Manitoba invite le public à commenter le projet suivant :

FARMER’S BUSINESS NETWORK, CANADA INC. – INSTALLATION DE MANUTENTION DE PRODUITS EN VRAC – DOSSIER: 6268.00

Farmer’s Business Network Canada Inc. (FBNC) propose d’achever la construction d’une installation de manutention de produits en vrac située au lot 1 du plan 56392 (Bureau des titres fonciers de Brandon), dans la moitié est de la section 12-10-19 O.M.P., dans la ville de Brandon, et de la mettre en service. L’installation comprendra un entrepôt de produits agrochimiques et des bureaux destinés au stockage de produits phytosanitaires et nutritionnels, d’aliments commerciaux pour animaux et de produits d’élevage. L’entrepôt a une capacité maximale de 393 715 litres pour les produits liquides et de 46,08 kilogrammes pour les matériaux granulaires. Farmer’s Business Network Canada loue le terrain au propriétaire foncier, Whiteland Services Inc. La construction a débuté fin 2024.
