MISSING ROYALTY OWNER
THE OIL AND GAS ACT, C.C.S.M., CHAP. 034 (Section 214)

Tundra Oil & Gas Limited has made an application under Section 214 of The Oil and Gas Act for an order of the Minister of Business, Mining, Trade, and Job Creation authorizing, on behalf of the royalty owner, for drilling and production in the following spacing units:

Ptn. of SE ¼ of Section 6, Township 01, Range 25 WPM

The mineral rights in portion of SE ¼ of Section 6-01-25 WPM is held by other private owners and had granted lease to Tundra Oil & Gas Limited, except for the other two mineral owners.

Tundra Oil & Gas Limited has been unable to ascertain the royalty owners in the portion of quarter Section of 6-01-25WPM.  As a result, Tundra Oil & Gas Limited has applied to the Minister under Section 214 of The Oil and Gas Act for an order authorizing drilling and production on behalf of the royalty owner.

The Minister may issue an order authorizing drilling and production on behalf of the Missing Royalty Owner after publishing this notice of the application, provided the Minister is satisfied that the royalty owner cannot be ascertained or found.
