Notice of Environment Act Proposal

Manitoba Environment and Climate Change invites public comment on the following proposal:

CLEARLY FAMILY BEVERAGE COMPANY – BEVERAGE BOTTLING FACILITY – FILE: 6310.00

Clearly Family Beverage bottling facility proposes to continue operations, and construct and operate a moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) wastewater treatment system with UV disinfection at the beverage facility located at SE 03-06-08 EPM in the RM of La Broquerie. The treated effluent from the wastewater treatment system would be discharged to an existing storage pond and exfiltrate into an existing drainage ditch which flows east towards the Seine River.

Le ministère de l’Environnement et du Changement climatique invite le public à commenter le projet suivant:

CLEARLY FAMILY BEVERAGE – INSTALLATION DE MISE EN BOUTEILLE DE BOISSONS – DOSSIER: 6310.00

L’installation de mise en bouteille Clearly Family Beverage propose de poursuivre ses activités, et de construire et d’exploiter un système de traitement des eaux usées à bioréacteur à lit mobile avec désinfection par ultraviolets sur son emplacement situé dans la portion sud-est de la section 03-06-08 E.M.P., dans la municipalité rurale de La Broquerie. Les eaux usées traitées issues du système de traitement seraient rejetées dans un bassin de stockage existant, puis se déverseraient dans un fossé de drainage existant qui s’écoule vers l’est, en direction de la rivière Seine.
