UNDER THE MUNICIPAL ACT
Under subsection 208(2) of The Municipal Act, notice is hereby given that the Lieutenant Governor in Council has, by Order in Council No. 96/2026, dated May 6, 2026, appointed an Administrator in the Town of Winnipeg Beach pursuant to section 103 of the Act.

En vertu du paragraphe 208(2) de la Loi sur les municipalités, avis est par la présente donné que la lieutenante-gouverneure en conseil a, par le décret no 96/2026 daté du 6 mai 2026, nommé un administrateur dans la ville de Winnipeg Beach conformément à l’article 103 de la Loi.
