N½ OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 09, RANGE 29 WPM RAILWAY PLAN 219 BLTO

MISSING ROYALTY OWNER
THE OIL AND GAS ACT, C.C.S.M., CHAP. 034 (Section 214)

Tundra Oil & Gas Limited has made an application under Section 214 of The Oil and Gas Act for an order of the Minister of Manitoba Business, Mining, Trade, and Job Creation authorizing, on behalf of the royalty owner, for drilling and production in the following spacing units:

                           N½ of Section 27, Township 09, Range 29 WPM Railway Plan 219 BLTO

The mineral rights in portion of N½ of Section 27-09-29 WPM is held by other private owners and had granted lease to Tundra Oil & Gas Limited excluding the Railway Plan 219 BLTO portion.

Tundra Oil & Gas Limited has been unable to ascertain the royalty owner in the N ½ 27-9-29 WPM Railway Plan 219 BLTO. As a result, Tundra Oil & Gas Limited has applied to the Minister under Section 214 of The Oil and Gas Act for an order authorizing drilling and production on behalf of the royalty owner.

The Minister may issue an order authorizing drilling and production on behalf of the Missing Royalty Owner after publishing this notice of the application, provided the Minister is satisfied that the royalty owner cannot be ascertained or found.
