NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TAKE NOTICE that there will be a hearing of a complaint alleging a violation of section 19 of The Human Rights Code with respect to harassment based on sexual orientation in employment, on September 9 through 13, and 16 through 20, 2019 at Suite 400, 363 Broadway in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The hearing will resume on September 23 through 27, 2019 at Suite 522, 330 York Avenue in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The hearing will commence each day at 9:30 a.m.
