Notice of Environment Act Proposal

Manitoba Conservation and Climate has received a proposal pursuant to The Environment Act regarding the following operation and invites public participation in the review process:

AGI WESTFIELD INDUSTRIES – AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING FACILITY - FILE NO. 6089.00

An Environment Act Proposal has been filed by AGI Westfield Industries for the continued operation of an agricultural equipment manufacturing facility at 74 Main Street in the town of Rosenort, Rural Municipality of Morris. AGI Westfield Industries manufactures agricultural equipment such as portable grain augers, belt conveyors, hoppers, and options and accessories. The facility uses air pollution control system to capture potential particulate emissions form the operation.

Anyone likely to be affected by the above operation and who wishes to comment on the proposal should contact Eshetu Beshada, Environmental Engineer, in writing or by email at Eshetu.Beshada@gov.mb.ca not later than June 20, 2021. Avis de dépôt de projet en vertu de la Loi sur l’environnement

Le ministère de la Conservation et du Climat du Manitoba a reçu un projet en vertu de la Loi sur l’environnement relativement à l’activité suivante et invite le public à participer au processus d’examen :

AGI WESTFIELD INDUSTRIES – USINE DE FABRICATION DE MATÉRIEL AGRICOLE – DOSSIER N° 6089.00

Un projet en vertu de la Loi sur l’environnement a été déposé par AGI Westfield Industries pour l’exploitation continue d’une usine de fabrication de matériel agricole au 74, rue Main, dans le village de Rosenort, dans la municipalité rurale de Morris. AGI Westfield Industries fabrique du matériel agricole comme des vis à grain, des tapis roulants, des trémies, et des options et des accessoires. L’usine utilise un système de contrôle de la pollution atmosphérique pour capturer les émissions de particules potentielles provenant de l’exploitation.

Toute personne susceptible d’être touchée par l’activité susmentionnée qui désire formuler des commentaires sur le projet est invitée à communiquer avec Eshetu Beshada, ingénieur en environnement, à Eshetu.Beshada@gov.mb.ca, au plus tard le 20 juin 2021. MANITOBA HYDRO – BP6/BP7 Transmission Project – FILE: 6105.00

Notice of Environment Act Proposal

Manitoba Conservation and Climate has received a proposal pursuant to The Environment Act regarding the following operation and invites public participation in the review process:

MANITOBA HYDRO – BP6/BP7 Transmission Project – FILE: 6105.00

An Environment Act Proposal has been filed by Manitoba Hydro for the replacement of a storm-damaged section of the existing BP6/BP7 transmission line between Brandon and Portage la Prairie. The project involves the construction of 8.3 kilometers of double circuit 115 kV transmission line, along a different route than the damaged section, in the area of the Portage la Prairie Bypass. The anticipated in-service date is March 2023.
