NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TAKE NOTICE that there will be a hearing of the Respondent’s motion to terminate proceedings pursuant to section 34.1(2) of The Human Rights Code, on November 9, 2022 via video conference. The hearing will commence at 10:00 am.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, measures have been implemented for participants to attend the hearing remotely. Members of the public who wish to attend the hearing can contact the Manitoba Human Rights Commission via email at hrc@gov.mb.ca or telephone (204) 945-3007 to request log-in information.
