NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the shareholders of GBCI Canada Inc. (the “Corporation”) passed a special resolution requiring the said Corporation to be liquidated and dissolved voluntarily under the provisions of the Canada Business Corporations Act (the “Act”), and a Certificate of Intent to Dissolve was issued to the Corporation pursuant to that Act under date of December 31, 2021.
