Notice of Environment Act Proposal
Environment and Climate invites public comment on the following proposal:
TWIN VALLEY COOP AGRO CENTRE – BULK MATERIAL HANDLING FACILITY – FILE: 6183.00
An Environment Act Proposal has been filed by WSP on behalf of Twin Valley Co-op Ltd. for the construction and operation of a bulk material handling facility located within SE 1/4 section 11, township 18, range 27 WPM in the Rural Municipality of Prairie View. The proposed development will consist of the construction and operation of a dry fertilizer storage, blending and loading facility, water well, and office building with retail space. The agro-chemical shed and anhydrous ammonia tanks will be constructed in the future.

Le ministère de l’Environnement et du Climat invite le public à formuler des commentaires sur le projet suivant :
TWIN VALLEY CO-OP AGRO CENTRE – INSTALLATION DE MANUTENTION DE MATÉRIAUX EN VRAC – DOSSIER No 6183.00
WSP a déposé un projet en vertu de la Loi sur l’environnement au nom de Twin Valley Co-op Ltd. concernant la construction et l’exploitation d’une installation de manutention de matériaux en vrac située dans le quart S.-E. de la section 11, township 18, rang 27 O.M.P., dans la municipalité rurale de Prairie View. Le projet d’aménagement comprendra la construction et l’exploitation d’une installation d’entreposage, de mélange et de chargement d’engrais solide, d’un puits et d’un immeuble de bureaux comprenant des locaux commerciaux. L’entrepôt de produits agrochimiques et les réservoirs d’ammoniac anhydre seront construits à une date ultérieure.
