MISSING ROYALTY OWNER
THE OIL AND GAS ACT, C.C.S.M., CHAP. 034 (Section 214)

Corex Resources Ltd. has made an application under Section 214 of The Oil and Gas Act for an order of the Minister of Growth Enterprise and Trade authorizing, on behalf of the royalty owner, for drilling and production in the following spacing units:

Legal Subdivision 2, Section 7, Township 10, Range 27 WPM
Legal Subdivision 3, Section 7, Township 10, Range 27 WPM
Legal Subdivision 6, Section 7, Township 10, Range 27 WPM
Legal Subdivision 7, Section 7, Township 10, Range 27 WPM
Legal Subdivision 10, Section 7, Township 10, Range 27 WPM
Legal Subdivision 11, Section 7, Township 10, Range 27 WPM
Legal Subdivision 14, Section 7, Township 10, Range 27 WPM
Legal Subdivision 15, Section 7, Township 10, Range 27 WPM

The mineral rights in the SE¼ of Section 7-10-27 WPM are held by Corex Resources Ltd., excluding that portion registered to the Soldier Settlement Board. As the Soldier Settlement Board presently holds the mineral rights, Corex Resources Ltd. has applied to the Minister under Section 214 of The Oil and Gas Act for an order authorizing drilling and production on behalf of the royalty owner

The Minister may issue an order authorizing drilling and production on behalf of the Missing Royalty Owner after publishing this notice of the application, provided the Minister is satisfied that the royalty owner cannot be ascertained or found.
