Gazette Notice Submissions during Federal Postal Disruption

Email Submissions
Please email submissions to mbgazette@gov.mb.ca as an attachment (Word document or high quality PDF) or type the notice directly into the message body.

Payment:
For payment via credit card, do not include credit card information in the e-mail. Indicate the contact name and phone number of the person to call for credit card information. If payment can only be made by cheque, indicate that payment will be made via cheque when sending the submission and await further instruction.

Hard copy Submissions already sent by mail
Contact our office at mbgazette@gov.mb.ca to inquire if the submission has been received. Please include the Estate name in the message. Confirmation of receipt or directions on how to proceed will follow each inquiry.

The Manitoba Gazette is the official publication for:

• Manitoba Government notices
• Public notices that have a statutory requirement for publication in the Gazette including change of name notices and notice to creditors.
• Advertisements, notices and publications that are required from:
  • the Crown
  • any department of the Government of Manitoba
  • any public authority, or by any officer or person.

Any notices or information that do not meet these requirements, may still be published, at the discretion of the King's Printer. The online English version of the Manitoba Gazette is the official copy. Government notices will be posted in French once they are provided by the department responsible for the notice.

The Gazette is published weekly and is available online, free of charge Wednesday afternoon. If Wednesday falls on a holiday, publication will take place on the next regular business day.
