Notice of Environment Act Proposal

Manitoba Environment and Climate Change invites public comment on the following proposal:

SHANK’S DRIVING RANGE & GRILL ONSITE WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM – FILE: 6211.00

Shank’s Driving Range & Grill is proposing to construct an onsite wastewater management system to service 200 people with the potential expansion of its maximum occupancy to 300 people in the Rural Municipality Cornwallis. The restaurant will operate year-round and will be designed for winter operation.

Le ministère de l’Environnement et du Changement climatique invite le public à formuler des commentaires sur le projet suivant :

SYSTÈME DE GESTION DES EAUX USÉES SUR PLACE DE SHANK’S DRIVING RANGE & GRILL – DOSSIER No 6211.00

Shank’s Driving Range & Grill propose de construire un système de gestion des eaux usées sur place pour desservir 200 personnes (avec possibilité d’augmenter la capacité de ce système à l’avenir pour permettre au restaurant d’accueillir 300 personnes), dans la municipalité rurale de Cornwallis. L’établissement sera conçu pour être ouvert à l’année, notamment en hiver.
