Manitoba Sustainable Development has received a proposal pursuant to The Environment Act regarding the following operation and invites public participation in the review process:

A.C.G. INVESTMENTS LTD. (WILDWOOD PARK TRAILER RESORT) - FILE: 5587.00

An Environment Act Proposal has been filed by A.C.G. Investments Ltd. for the continuing operation of existing wastewater collection and wastewater holding tank systems that serve the Wildwood Park Trailer Resort at 102040 PTH 9 (within SE 4-18-4 EPM) in the Rural
Municipality of Gimli. Wastewater collected and stored in the wastewater management system will be pumped out of the holding tank system and trucked by licensed haulers to the Rural Municipality of Gimli wastewater treatment plant that operates under Environment Act Licence No. 2587.

ABLE CONCRETE LTD.

Notice of Environment Act Proposal

Manitoba Sustainable Development has received a proposal pursuant to The Environment Act regarding the following operation and invites public participation in the review process:

ABLE CONCRETE LTD. - Able Concrete Batch Plant - FILE: 6015.00

An Environment Act Proposal has been filed by Able Concrete Ltd. for the continued operation of a concrete batch plant at Lot 1 to 5 Block 1, Plan 35272, WLTO in W ½ of 15-11-4 EPM in the Rural Municipality of Springfield, Manitoba.  Able Concrete Ltd. will produce concrete batch in a mixer truck and supplies to customers within 100 km of the site. The concrete is manufactured from aggregate stone, sand, cement, flyash (if required), admixtures and water that are metered using a computerized system. Any returned concrete mixes are used to produce interlocking concrete blocks while any rinse water used to clean the equipment is stored in a clay lined evaporation pond.

Manitoba Sustainable Development has received a proposal pursuant to The Environment Act regarding the following operation and invites public participation in the review process:

GIMLI REDI-MIX LTD. - Gimli Concrete Batch Plant - FILE: 6021.00

An Environment Act Proposal has been filed by Gimli Redi-mix Ltd. for the continued operation of a concrete batch plant at 113092 PTH 8 (S ½ of S ½ of NE ¼ 31-19-4 EPM in the Rural Municipality of Gimli, Manitoba. Gimli Redi-mix Ltd. operate Stephens Concrete Plant equipped with silo tops and bag house filtration system to produce concrete batch and supplies to customers in Gimli and surrounding area. The concrete is manufactured from aggregate stone, sand,cement, flyash (if required), admixtures and water.

H.J.R. ASPHALT LP.

Notice of Environment Act Proposal

Manitoba Sustainable Development has received a proposal pursuant to The Environment Act regarding the following operation and invites public participation in the review process:

H.J.R. ASPHALT LP. - TX-03 Portable Asphalt Plant - FILE: 6006.00

An Environment Act Proposal has been filed by H.J.R Asphalt LP. for the installation and operation of a portable asphalt plant at various locations though out the Province of Manitoba. H.J.R Asphalt LP will operate TX-03 portable asphalt plant during the construction season to produce asphalt for various constructions projects. The plant is equipped with Parallel Flow Asphalt Drum Mix and a Cedar Rapids pulse jet baghouse. A site-specific assessment will be performed for each operational location of the plant.
