Notice of Environment Act Proposal

Manitoba Sustainable Development has received a proposal pursuant to The Environment Act regarding the following operation and invites public participation in the review process:

NETLEY CREEK GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB - STAY & PLAY RV PARK/CAMPSITE - FILE: 6023.00

An Environment Act Proposal has been filed by Netley Creek Golf & Country Club for the construction and operation of a seasonal recreational vehicle park with 117 serviced sites and associated washroom and laundry facilities. Water would be supplied by a new well, and wastewater would be collected in holding tanks and hauled to an offsite licensed municipal treatment facility. Construction would occur in 2019.

Anyone likely to be affected by the above operation and who wishes to comment on the proposal should contact Bruce Webb, Environmental Engineer, in writing or by email at Bruce.Webb@gov.mb.ca, not later than August 30, 2019.
