NOTICE OF HEARING

THE BOARD OF REFERENCE
PROVINCE OF MANITOBA

THE PRAIRIE ROSE SCHOOL DIVISION
and
THE GARDEN VALLEY SCHOOL DIVISION

As required by Section 9 of The Public Schools Act (RSM 1987, c.P250), notice is hereby given that a public hearing of The Board of Reference, appointed as provided under Section 8 of The Public Schools Act, will be held as scheduled herein to hear any person or any person on his/her behalf in the matter of a request referred to The Board of Reference in accordance with Section 5 of The Public Schools Act.

The hearing will be held in the offices of The Prairie Rose School Division located at 45 Main Street South, Carman, Manitoba on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. to hear the request of Jeff and Cindy Penner to transfer the land known as Lot 1 Block 28832 (located in SW8-4-4W) from The Prairie Rose School Division to The Garden Valley School Division.

Further information with respect to the hearing may be obtained at the office of the undersigned between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
